DYHARD® for printed circuit boards /copper clad laminates (CCL)

Printed circuit boards are typically made from glass fibre mats, impregnated with soluble epoxy resins, hardeners and accelerators. The impregnated glass fibre mats are then dried and pre-hardened in a hot-air furnace. Usually 8 such pre-impregnated layers are laminated together and heated to approximately 170 - 180 °C, for example to an FR-4 circuit board specification. FR-3, CEM-1 and CEM-3 standards can also be achieved with DYHARD® products.
